You can choose the Nutrition Program alone or combine it with a fitness program to get the best results. It’s your choice, here’s how to get started:

1. SCHEDULE A FREE INTRO MEETING – We want to learn more about you and your goals to see who would be the best nutrition coach to pair you with.

2. WE CREATE YOUR CUSTOM NUTRITION PLAN – Work with a nutrition expert to create a simple and sustainable plan to reach your goals. We will work with you personally, through calls and our exclusive App for added accountability.

3. SEE AMAZING RESULTS – Your coach is there every step of the way and will make tweaks to your plan as your body transforms. This ensures continued success and optimal results.

GROUP FITNESS

These group classes are the core of our affiliate. Classes are lead by a coach in a group setting. All members are guided through the same class structure to achieve a well-rounded level of fitness based on constantly varied, functional movements done at high intensity. This gives each individual the best opportunity to be leaner, stronger and more capable over a broad set of skills.  The classes accommodate the beginner as well as the advanced because the coach constantly monitors the members and will scale or adjust each exercise to optimize the session for the individual. With a coach leading each class, safety and best techniques are insured to give every member progress over weeks and months of proper movement. The coach leads the class in much the same structure, as follows:

  • Warm-Up get the body moving and blood pumping.
  • Strength or skill work- both strength and skill need specific work to improve the individual and a coach’s eye ensures good mechanics.
  • Workout of the Day or WOD – this is different every day and can vary from 5-40 minutes long but is monitored, reviewed and adjusted for proper mechanics and safety.
  • Mobility and cool down- daily stretching and mobility work are essential to good health.
  • Optional Cash Out- specific skill work when time allows to improve on weak areas.

HOME ONLINE WORKOUTS

Can’t make it to the gym?  Not a problem.  We have no or low equipment workouts for at home fitness.  These are available online and you are supported and motivated by your coach.  Easy ramp up and affordable
