I started having trouble with the desktop Mac computer this week and it just got to be bad by this morning. I got an error message to sign up for new software to protect my Mac from this Malware that kept popping up so I called. They were very helpful and were ready to clean up the computer and then offered to sell me a program to run virus protection, nice timing on the “virus” thing. It was $400 for 3 years, NOT exactly what I was hoping for so I thanked him and told him I would work on it myself. I do have to say their webpage, logos and icons looked almost exactly like Apples so I thought they were with Apple. Wrong. Don’t get sucked into that. I went to Apple support off their main site, got the malware cleaned by downloading FREE software to do it and he got me set up to update the computer with the latest OS system, NO CHARGE. I do love Apple and this is why. I highly recommend you buy more Apples!
So this is why the post is a bit late today. Enjoy the weather while you can, if the morning crowd hasn’t noticed it’s starting to get light before 6 am. I am really looking forward to getting you all back to the gym. I don’t have a clue when that will be but I miss having you all there.
Question for the group- What is the first WOD you want to do when you get back?
There will be a run or walk WOD on Wednesday- the weather looks best that day. Plan for a 45 minute session. Kind of an AMRAP, how far can you go in 45 minutes. Run, walk or mix it up but keep moving for 45 minutes. Plan for it on Wednesday.
WODs this week- Run/walk, pushup/jump squat/situp triplet, Run/burpee duet, supermom/tucks/plank session, jumping jacks/jumping squats/pushups grinder, V-ups/chair dips/mountain climbers. Sunday Run/Walk 5k
Schedule- Again Wednesday is the 45 minute run/walk and Sunday is a 5k run or walk at 7 am starting at the Stayton High gym.
This recipe may be a bit too spicy for me.
