Well I got 99% of the barkdust spread and filled the circles on my Iwatch before lunch.  I am done for the day.  No big article or insightful comments this week.  Just the schedule and the WODs.

Schedule-  Monday-Friday 5am, 6am, 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm  Saturday Poker WOD at 8 am

Workouts this week- Fight Gone Bad, CINDY, Death by Situp, BACK SQUATS, Rowing sprints and Poker.    A little something for everyone.
