Here we are in June already.  The weather looks good as far as we can see, the strawberries should be getting ready this week and hay should be getting cut and baled soon.  Sorry for those with allergies, this is a challenging time to get through, good luck.

We have a special schedule this Saturday, starting this month we will do a HERO WOD on the second Saturday of the month.  June 10th we will have a HERO wod, to be determined, and start at 7 AM SHARP. Get there early to warm up and get ready.  These Hero workouts can take up to an hour so we need to be starting at the top of the hour.  After the Hero wod, there will NOT BE A POKER WOD.  We are making this time available for all of you to join the Hospital Fun Run, 5K walk or run, or 10K run.  Go support this great fundraiser and community event.  Wear you CrossFit shirt, too!!!

Expect to see the tire flips show up periodically going through the summer.  I will shake out the yellow-jackets and clean them up a bit for you.
