Short blog today, “Just the facts, Ma’m” The weather looks much better for the coming week so we can go full blast in the evenings. More fun in the sun, enjoy it because those Fall rainy days are just around the corner.
Schedule for the week- Monday-Friday 5am, 6am, 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm. Saturday Poker WOD at 8 am
Workouts for the week- 100m sprints, tire flips/squats, jump rope/toes to bar/squats, run/kb swing/burpees, situps/ring dips/box jumps and POKER
Don’t forget to hit your local produce stand for some great vegetable options and bar b cue some beef/chicken/fish to fill out the meal. Keep that protein level up for more muscle growth and strength.
