Welcome back to school for both the kids and the parents.  Time to get those schedules lined up but don’t forget to schedule in your gym time.  Some of you have been AWOL and I’m trying to help you get back to your good habit of moving well and eating smart.  Let me know if I can do anything to help you with it.

This Wednesday Sept 10 we are having our End Of Summer get together at Snow Peak Brewery at 5:30 pm.  Spouses and families are welcome to join in.  See you there.
