Last month we worked on max pushups for the month.  October brings a similar challenge with max squats for the month.  You have the first few days to give yourself some grace on “no reps” but by the 7th you need to work on full depth squats to have them count.  Extra work on squat holds and wall facing squats will help with your flexibility and strength.  In the squat hold, grab a post to help support yourself and work at longer sets of holds.  Challenge yourself to improve daily and weekly and let’s see how many squats you can rack up this month.  And for your own benefit, keep putting in some pushups daily to help solidify that strength and endurance you created in September.

Halloween is FRIDAY Oct 31.  We will have our costume workout on SATURDAY NOV 1 at 7 am with a potluck with a breakfast theme.  No Halloween candy please.
