This has been coming for a while and I feel I can’t keep doing this and put anyone at risk by keeping the gym open.  To help protect all of you I will be stopping the group classes, 5 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday and Saturday at 7 am.  I will continue with the 5K run Sunday mornings and may add some other opportunities later. I can’t give you an end date but we will open back up as soon as we are safe to do it.

I will be posting Homework WODs on the website instead of the usual group WODs.  These will take either no or limited amount of equipment.  Where and when you do them will be adjustable to your circumstances.  Some may require running or jump rope to get some cardio in.  Others not. I will be available by phone so you can call, text or email me with any questions or comments.  We will feel our way along on this and adjust to get you some good workouts.  Any good ideas on how to post times etc?
Strength work is going to take a back seat for now but if you have some weights around the house don’t be shy about throwing them in for an extra challenge.  I will checkout some equipment to help out with this, mainly PVC pipe, jump ropes, ab mats, ab rollers and some bands.  Contact me to schedule a time to come sign them out.
As far as protecting people, we have some medical staff, first line responders and essential services that we need to protect as much as possible for the good of everyone.  Don’t forget you may need them in their best condition sometime soon.  Let’s look out for each other and keep working out “together”.
I will be communicating more as I get more organized with this so expect more emails then just this Sunday email.
Items in the works:   suggested items to use at home, apps for timers, WODs and/or equip, possible purchases for yourselves, video workouts as a group, hikes, runs, park workouts, get your neighbors/friends involved.
