We finally made it out of 2020 and now we are ready to bring you a new program at CrossFit Five By Five.  We are joining with Healthy Steps Nutritions (HSN) to bring you a full nutrition program separate from, but complimentary to, our CrossFit fitness program.  This will complement what we offer as nutrition is the foundation of your overall health.  The HSN program is based on support, accountability and making nutrition simple.  If you are interested in this new program we will have 5 positions open starting now in January.  This can be an add-on to your Home WOD program or a stand alone nutrition program.  We have spent the last few months preparing to roll this new program out and are finally ready.  We will walk before we run so we are limiting the start up to 5 clients so we can maintain full support as we get our feet wet.  If you are looking for supportive help in nutrition contact us now.  We are here to help you succeed in the new year.  Call today.  503-510-4656

Now how are you doing with your fitness?  Have you been able to maintain workouts through the holidays and stay socially distant?  I miss having everyone at the gym and can’t wait to get back in there with you.  I have heard from some of you and know you miss it, too.  Keep up the excellent work and stay diligent with your daily workouts.  Just show up and do the work every day and you will benefit from it.  Remember how sore it can be when you take too much time off?  Well, that is a great reason not to let it slide.  Keep after it and let me know if you need help with anything.  More running, more weights or more core? for example.  Chelseas says more burpees!   Stay active and stay healthy!

Schedule- The gym is still closed but there is a facebook post going around to send the Governor a message to open the gyms for our health’s sake.  Share it with others and send it in!
