It’s time to hit the gym!  Yes, we are open starting Monday February 1.  It’s been over 2 months since we were clanging and banging barbells together and I’m really excited to be able to have you all back.  Of course we will ease you back in as some of you may be a little “deconditioned” but don’t worry, you will bounce back.  You should expect a fair amount of soreness next week but that’s just your body telling you that you need to keep up on this, it’s good for you!  You can expect to Weigh and Measure when you return, too.  Afterall it’s the first of the month, plus next Friday will be First Friday Fun night at Snow Peak Brewery from 6:30-8:30 as long as they let us in or on the patio.

I haven’t programmed any workouts for next week yet so you’ll be walking into it blind, remember I’m easing you back in.  Sorry, no previews.

The gym will be open Saturday January 30, tomorrow, from 10-Noon to return equipment.  If you can’t make it please make an appointment with me.  I still need to clean and organize it all.

We still have Home Online Workouts available if you aren’t comfortable or unable to get to the gym.  If you want to join that group let me know, no or low equipment options.

We are also expanding our One on One Nutrition Coaching program so there are 5 new positions available to start in February.  If  you want more information let me know.  It’s a habit based program to support you with coaching, motivation, resources and lifestyle changes to help you succeed.  Nutrition is the foundation of your health and will give you a solid base to build your success on.

So whether you’ve been keeping up with working out or haven’t been here in a long time, you are all welcome back starting next week.  The one thing that’s really becoming apparent through the whole COVID pandemic is how important your baseline health is to protect yourself.  We are here to help, so come join in and we’ll have some fun while we get fit as ever!!
