Welcome to the CrossFit Games and the Open workouts.  How many didn’t think this looked too bad?  I was fooled, too.  1 arm snatches and burpees combined together tended to sneak up on a lot of people but you guys gutted it out in true Open fashion.  Great work everybody.  If you are signed up officially be sure to put your scores in over the weekend and I will validate them Monday evening.  You HAVE to input them for me to validate them.  (Go do it now before you forget)

A little white Christmas to start off March this morning.  No one chose to run today.  I have found some of my most peaceful runs was out in the snow.  Try it sometime.  We have 2 more Open workouts the next 2 weeks so stay ready for them.  Did someone say “wall walks”???

I moved back home from my isolation in Portland for my bone marrow transplant.  It’s good to be home in my own bed now.  I missed all of you and have a couple new people to get acquainted with.  Good to see familiar faces and new ones, too.  We start the old schedule back up on Monday.
