I want to thank Chelsea and Heidi and I invite you to join me in this.  They sacrificed a lot while I was gone to bring you a better workout every day.  Be sure to thank them because they really did put their lives on hold to help keep the gym going and keep you guys as fit as possible.  They don’t do it for the money but because they care about you and want to genuinely help you get better every day.  If you happen to have opportunity be sure to thank them or pick up a small something at the store for them as a thank you.  They covered the gym from Nov 9th to March 1, pretty much Nov, Dec, Jan and Feb.  That’s 4 months that they sacrificed their jobs, home life, family and friends to help coach you.  Give them some big applause, high fives, fist bumps or tokens of appreciation.   They earned it.  I’d also like to thank all of you for staying with it too.  You guys are impressive, continuing to show up every day and work hard. It is great to see you support each other, push hard and brave the cold gym. (hopefully the temps are warming up from here on).  I look forward to working with you more and having some more fun with some Open workouts, sunny opportunity WODs and maybe organizing a group mud run in the future.  Who is in?
