Do you have habits developed to make you a better person?  This can be completely different for everyone out there.  One may want to be more outgoing, one may want to be able to interact better with coworkers, another may want to be a Senator by the age of 30.  The choices are endless and it can be a combination of multiple things you want to work on.  You can simultaneously work on relationships, career, health and community involvement to all sorts of varying degrees.  Once you decide what you want to work on, do you have a plan?  Have you sat down and pencilled out what you should be doing?  How about reverse engineering it?  Decide you want to have a new (job, relationship, health) in 12 months.  Work the plan backwards back to now to see what the journey will look like.  ” I need to get training on programming this month, then hone my skills the next 6 months, start researching job opportunities after 6 months and start interviewing 9 months out to have my new job by this time next year.”  You could do this with most plans you come up with.  So what are you working on daily now to improve yourself over the next year.  Have you got your goals lined up?  Are you planning out daily tasks to get you there?  What’s holding you back?  Do you need help from someone to hold you accountable?  Do you just need some encouragement?  Find out what you need and ask for it, buy it, read about it, see how others do it or come up with a new idea to use.  If there is anything you want to do, you CAN do it.  We are here to help you.  Ask us.  We may not have the answers but we will sure try to help.  So what do you want to work on daily to maximize your potential?
