Where did September go?  I know where I spent most of it, in isolation.  But let’s get to the good stuff.

We have First Friday Fun, Oct 1 this week.  Plan to meet at Snow Peak Brewery at 6:30 pm for food truck and a drink and see who has the biggest story from the month of WODs.

Also this week is first of the month weigh and measure, start on Thursday if you’d like to get it in before the weekend.

Starting in October the workout programming will start following the main site, CrossFit.com, and also use a App called SugarWOD to track your scores and other details.  There is a lot available in these two programs so we will jump in the beginning of October, Monday the 4th and adjust as nec.  Hang on, here we go!

The Annual Halloween WOD will be Friday Oct 29th.  Wear something you can do a thruster or burpee in.  That’s not a hint, just be sure you can move okay in the costume.

HOME WORKOUTS- RUN, Broad jump/lunges/hollow rocks, DEADLIFT, Superman/tuck jump/plank, Squat run duo

GYM WORKOUTS- box jumps/run, snatch/burpees couplet, POKER, ROW, TABATA SQUATS, Deadlifts/row partner?
