Today is the 4th of July and we had a great turnout for the morning Poker WOD. Hope all your festivities are safe and joyful today. Grab some great BBQ, watch the parade or rodeo, enjoy some family fun and sit back and watch the fireworks tonight.
July brings some variety to the WOD schedule. You get to pick one. I have sprinkled your submissions over the month and you will get them on Mondays or Tuesdays and Thursdays. Thanks for the suggestions, it should be lots of fun to see how we hold up.

The goodness inside you is like a small flame, and you are its keeper. It’s your job, today and every day, to make sure that it has enough fuel, that it doesn’t get obstructed or snuffed out.
