Halloween will fall on Tuesday this week so we won’t have evening classes that day.  We will have 400m of lunges at all classes on Monday.  This is what we have been working on all month so come and see what you are capable of on this one.  The weather looks to be dry so that will help.  FYI we will stay on the grass to soften things for the knees.

I am on schedule to move to Portland on Thursday for my Bone Marrow Transplant on Wednesday Nov 8.  (I have chemo treatment from Friday to Tuesday leading up to it)

The new schedule will start Friday November 3.  It is listed on the bulletin board in the gym and on our website at CrossFit5x5.com.  Here it is again.

Monday-Tuesday and Thursday   5 am, 6 am, 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm

Friday   5 am and 5:30 pm

Saturday  8 am

Wednesday and Sunday the gym will be closed

Workouts for this week-    400m for Lunges (12 min cap),  Cali Bear, TABATA SQUATS AND PUSHUPS, Burpee/wallbeall duo, Sprints and Poker
