The 4th of July is next weekend so get your flags up and dig out your best red, white and blue attire for this week.  It is our 250th year of independence.  We will have our regular POKER WOD at 7 am the morning of the 4th so I hope you are able to join us an early event before heading off to the pancake breakfasts, 5/10 k run, parade, BBQ and fireworks.  Set your reminders now.

I have tried to attach the YouTube video of the CrossFit Story of Fran.  If it doesn’t come through I am sure you can search for it yourselves and enjoy the tale.  FYI there will be some F-bombs dropped in the tale.  It’s 6-7 minutes long and also comments on Fight Gone Bad.

This week you get the chance to program the workouts ahead.  Fill out a card in the gym and we will start working in your requests after the 4th of July weekend.  Yes you get full credit/blame for the workout.
